Candy crush 1484 problems

candy crush 1484 should have 25 moves as shown on utube yet mine has only 12 moves, therefore I am stuck on this level how can this be fixed

Can't proceed past level 2825--get the message about HTML5. I am told if I update my browser on my PC that I can procede. Have been using an old version of explorer.  On my Phone I have reached the level of about 2896.  Candy Crush is stuck.
