Still getting problems with no rewards and blacking out

Last week part of candy crush saga was turning black, maybe the icons or the score panel I was not getting any rewards.i am using an iPad Pro ios12.3 with 39gb of memory. It appeared to correct itself but very quickly the same problem is occurring.

Touch Software Update.

If an update is available, touch Download and Install.

Touch Agree.

Wait for the update to download.

Your Apple device will restart to complete the update.
