Why did you make the game unplayable???

Hi, I’m over level 3000 and the game is literally unplayable. It’s not about brains or luck at all anymore. It’s just about when the game actually decides to let you pass to the next level. I really liked Candy Crush before but am seriously considering deleting it as it’s become sooo boring. I mean, I do like a challenge but only if it actually CAN be accomplished. Can you do some changes to the high levels, so the game would actually be playable again? (And don’t tell me to try another game, please. I’m not an idiot to start playing all over just to encounter the same issue in a few years time.) Also, why is there a Jackpot on the roulette if nobody ever wins it? I’ve been playing for several years now and NEVER got it once! Just take the bloody thing off the roulette altogether if nobody’s meant to win it anyway. It’s a scam!!!

King is trying to improve the game every day and we have encountered some problems for this.When the king wants to present something in the game. For the test, before the updates are published through the test groups.Because they want to get feedback from players.
Jackpot depends on luck, so wish you good luck 
However, your statement is valuable and The king will see this.

I understand your frustrations. Unfortunately, sometimes we all have to go
through the agony of defeat before it hits us and tell ourselves it wasn't that
bad. Just like you, I lost this level more than twice. I beat this level because
of persistence. The more it beats me, the more I want to fight back and
win and that was what happened. I don't give up or fold easily in any game
I played. I will only give up if no one ever beat it before and know that
I have done everything humanly possible to make it happen.

I am sure King will not put this level out there if it is unbeatable. Just
like any other Gaming Companies, they test new games before they
 release them to the public. I know that for a fact because I play
 Beta Games on Console like PS4. I am sure there are no Gaming
 Business anywhere that would make their games extremely difficult
for their customers to complete to upset them so bad to the point of
losing them. Believe it or not, paying or non-paying customers
are very important to the success of any business.

Dear Merceric,
your comment is a total mess which doesn’t make any sense. Sorry. Firstly, nobody was talking about any level in particular. I was talking about most levels over the level 3000. So, why the advice and video?!?!!
Secondly, I’m quite competitive myself and don’t give up easily when I see that my efforts are actually leading somewhere and that my brains can impact the result. When I play the same game (level) 100 times over and over and still see that it leads nowhere and that no matter what I do I have no chance to move on - until the game actually decides that after repeating it 150 times it’s gonna let me, it’s not even frustration anymore. It’s just a pure disgust and anger. Why tf would anybody create a game that becomes totally unplayable when you reach higher levels? It’s just annoying and disrespectful. What does the creator have us players for? Fools and dummies?
