Can't download game

i went to update Candy Crush on the iPad. It gave a message saying it couldn't be downloaded. In the past that meant I needed to restart the iPad. That didn't work so I tried the other fix of totally deleting and then redownloading. Now I can't download the game at all.

There could be another underlying problem that is causing this. Have you checked how much space is currently available in your iPad?

Account recovery
I went up to level 483 and reinstalled it after deleting it. Now it won't come back with my account. Please help me get back to the same level I was before.
I have two issues.
I have two issues. The first is that ads used to appear before, and I would get one or more extra attempts to play from them. The second is that my friends do not appear in the inbox, and I do not receive any help from them.
Gold bars dissapeared
I had 75 gold bars that suddenly disappeared and I know I only have six.
Error
Liebes King-Team immer wieder werde ich aus dem Spiel geschmissen obwohl ich gerade bonus aktiviert habe und oftmals beim letzten Leben bin und dann ist das komplette Leben plus der bonus weg weil ich nicht noch mal wieder ins Spiel komme... Das ist mies 2 mal heut
