Build a Bot resets at random times, 2 or 3 times a week.

My Build a Bot resets at random times at
least 2 or 3 times a week. The latest incident was this morning. I had been at full strength since last evening. I played a few winning levels this morning and quit, still at full strength. Then I came back a few hours later and no Build a Bot boosters. Getting extremely tiresome.

Build a bot has reset several times a week for you? Could you let me know your user IDs so I can check what could be going wrong? You can find the ID like this. Thanks!

I have checked this now and can confirm that the bot has been resetting due to opening a level and closing it. Opening a level will count as a try -> if you close the level that will count as a fail, which is why the bot would start over.

This has been happening to me too. This morning I won 2 levels and when b a b returned, I had lost it all!

This keeps happening to me, and It's pissing me off. It's happened probably 6 times now. I pay for gold bars that largely make it possible to keep my build-a-bot at maximum. Something that I have PAID FOR is BEING TAKEN. I was like 20 levels in with first time wins. I'd suggest fixing this if you wish to keep a paying customer. I have also lost the bonus bag you're supposed to get from buying gold bars. Again, these are paid for, and It's infuriating.
