No life for Friends

Hello everyone, it's starting to get really annoying to play. First, it started that I have received no rewards for 10 days and after new attitudes also no compensation. Now I have not had any more life for 14 days and I'm stuck before the episode is unlocked. When I write an email, it is not read but there are ready-made answers that are always the same.

Hello, @huibuh27! The problem with sending and receiving lives is a widespread issue that King is trying to fix. You can follow the updates that come from Community Managers in the thread "can not receive lives" This is the only information I have right now. I wish I could give you more. Have a great day!

cela fait très très longtemps que je suis sur cette partie que je n’arrive pas à passer, vous m’avez déjà donné des vies illimitées, enfin pdt 1 h, mais ça ne m’aide pas du tout, il faudrait pleins de combos pour achever les derniers carreaux qui restent
