Not able to send lives

Question

I recently starting playing this game from the beginning again. The envelope at the top where you are usually able to send messages and lives to friends is white and I can not click on it. It has never been able to be clicked on. What is going on??

I'm not sure there is anything you can do. I know this issue is mainly with King.com. I'm going to give you the link to the main thread of this problem where the Community Moderator will give updates as soon as she gets them. I'm going to go research some FAQs and old threads and see if I can come up with something.
