Lost all my progress - and I am really sad

Hi everyone,

I have no idea what happened, but I've lost all my progress. I was watching one of the video's to get an extra booster and everything stopped working. I've tried all the suggestions mentioned on this website. removing apps on the phone, removing apps from facebook, all the suggestions I've recieved via emails, but still no luck and I've played this game for years and I cant even remember the level but above 2200... Anyway, I've got a user ID and thought I saw something on here that you can put it back manually? Please help, thanks Jay

Be sure that you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill in the form you will receive an automated email message which you need to reply to. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all so please make sure you replied.
