No reward for candy quest

I am not receiving any reward when complete candy quest. I click claim reward and the window slides right and the next quest appears but no reward.

You received the award according to your screenshot. Check the Boosters Bank. If not, perhaps you missed the reward for the server problem.

Hi @ggggg and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 These boosters do not show up on the screen. Once we claim them they are saved in the backpack. When you open the backpack you will see little shiny stars around some items, those are actually the ones you've received as a reward for the quest.

This happens to me, it says claim prize. But when I click that, it doesn't show what I won. It just goes to the come back soon picture.

Quest is complete

as in bottom screenshot I click claim prize and and that window slides to the right and the top window appears and says come back soon or it shows the next candy quest but there is no prize to claim. There used to be a window that showed up when I clicked claim prize that let you actually claim the prize I earned. But that hasn’t happened for the last few weeks. Now I just get the next quest or when the next quest will happen but no prize.
