Tips for 5008 please.

Hi, 
  has anyone found a consistent way to beat 5008?
Without boosters if possible. 
I struggle to have more than 16 moves left by the time I've knocked the keys out. 
Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

All good. I got through it. 
For anyone else stuck, the trick was forming 2 Freckles side by side, at least once, prior to collecting the keys.
