I do not understand your problem. Tell me a little detail. And add a screenshot with it.

After getting to 84, for the past six or so times, the gift box is empty and I do not receive any prizes?

I finish in the top three multiple time but never receive any rewards or champion tickets. What am I doing wrong.

I  tried to include a screenshot but was unable to figure out how.   Anyway multiple times I have finished one two or three in the weekly challenge but have never received any rewards or championship ticket.  Am I supposed to do something?   Please advise.
