purchased 10 gold bars

I purchased 10 gold bara it said my payment method was declined no money removed from my account then I check and the money WAS taken and I was never given the gold bars!!! I checked and it happened 4 times!! Thats $10.00+ and I didnt get what I paid for!! What are you going to so about it?
