Recover password

Question

I got logged out of my progress and when I go back to login in with the email I used it is saying it is invalid and cannot recover my password

is there a way to recover my progress

Thanks for answering @southpaw21 Please try the steps provided by @mercerik and let me know if they helped. Whenever you can't remember the password there should be somewhere an option "forgot your password" where you can recover it and change it into a new one. Let's hope this will solve your issue.

You claimed that you set it up and left out the part that you made it up. Why did you create 2 Threads for one issue?

Why would you use a made-up e-mail address as a login for something you want to go back to and continue where you left off? It doesn't make sense doesn't it? Of course, you can't recover a Password that you've used for it because you cannot receive an Email for a Temporary Recovery Password from a Non-Existent E-mail. You have no choice but to start over with a legitimate one.

so the problem is I used a phony email from gmail. I didn't realize it should have been my regular email. I made a password for it but don't remember it and got logged out of my progress on candy crush.
 
when I try to retrieve it I can't because the r2681@gmail is not my regular email and like I said I just made it up
