Delay timed boosters

When I am on a roll I don't stop to claim bars for episodes, etc.  However, seems as I am out of life and ready to wrap it up and the candy crane drops boosters. Whether I hit claim or not, after said time, its gone. Delay or claim buttons$$

I understand you're experiencing this delay, do you have a screenshot or screen recording of this?

You can use it and contact King Support. How?

• Open Candy Crush Saga.
• Tap on the Pink Gearwheel in the bottom left corner.
• Tap on the Green wheel button to open the "Settings " menu.
• Scroll down until you find a yellow ? symbol "Help Center"
• Select any topic, E.g ''purchases'', at the end of the menu you will find a green button "Contact us" . Tap on it.
• Make sure that the correct email address is populated.
