Can’t start the app

from about two weeks I can’t play 
it lags on the first screen 
i use iPad 
all updates are done

We're very sorry for your problem. We have received several more reports on such issues. And have already reported on the game studio. Game studios are testing these out, You will have to wait a bit until the next news arrives.
For the current situation you should not uninstall the game app, because doing so will cause you to lose your stored boosters, which will not be refundable.
