Why is CcSaga failing to load?

I am on an iPad with the latest update and do not play through Facebook. I get to the second screen (blue background) with a message that says “Loading...”. The load never completes. Space is not an issue. I have shut down the IPad and restarted as well as offloaded (not deleted) the game and reloaded it.

We're very sorry for your problem. In fact, we've found a few of those issues and have already reported them to the game studio.You do not uninstall or delete the game because doing so you will  lose all stored boosters, which are non-refundable. Hopefully the solution will be done soon. But you have to wait a bit.
