Trying to purchase gold bars and it says no money was removed from your account .

i looked up online and it was suggested to delete the app and re download . When I did I lost all of my lives and it didn't fix the problem.

Hello @xangel2201 and welcome to the community.  When I have run into a similar problem it is because the game has temporarily lost connection with the internet so the purchase couldn't go thru.  You should check to make sure you have a good connection.  Also the following link has some good information concerning problems with purchases. https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/246195/did-something-go-wrong-with-your-purchase#latest
