I have been in first place for two days with 94 levels. Suddenly another player is suddenly at 284.  I find it very hard to believe that "Debbie" played 200 levels today.

Play 200 levels a day is almost impossible. One possible scenario is that she might be play off-line for several days, those progress will be accumulated without showing on the board until she is reconnected. It looks like Debbie is a good player, having a total score of 284 is quite normal.
