Could my game be blocked because I changed my password

I am unable to sign into Facebook or king with candy crush app

We would like to welcome you to the king community. Thank you so much for being willing to joining 🙂

If you do not log out of the game change the password of Facebook or Kingdom, the game will be corrupted.
In that case you will not be able to connect the game to the server. 
To fix this you have to uninstall and reinstall the game app. To do this you will lose your stored boosters completely.

But before you do, show me a screenshot to confirm.😉
