I've moved your question to Candy Crush Saga section however, when you installed the game app on your new device, did you remember to connect it to your King account so your progress can sync?
Hi! I’m still having this issue. I’ve restarted and redownloaded the app multiple times and it is still not showing progress when I log in through my king account
So in order to move your game progress to other devices, you will need to connect the game to either Facebook or King account. Having a King account means that you have added a user name and you have added a email address to the account as well. Then you can move onto the new device and continue where you had left off.
