Candy crush won't load, for almost a week now. I am using Windows 10 and loading from Facebook on my

Candy crush won't load. I'm using Windows 10 and opening the game from Facebook on my laptop. It gets stuck on the orange 'King' page or occasionally shows me an error message with a dog saying you're trying to fix it and to try again 'in a moment'. I have been trying again for almost a week. Thanks for listening!

Welcome, and thank you for becoming a member of the King Community! I will be very happy if I can help you.
I'll ask you to check some troubleshooting.

On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More .
Click More tools Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.

Update Google Chrome:

On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More .
Click Update Google Chrome. Important: If you don't see this button, you're on the latest version.
Click Relaunch.

If you're still not done, follow the step below..

Reset the Google Chrome Web Browser to Default Settings

Click the menu icon next to the address bar.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click the Advanced link.
Scroll to the bottom of the expanded page and click the Reset button.
Click the Reset button in the pop-up window.

Since you have a Windows 10 device, you can install the app and play the game with Advanced platform.

Check your game and let me know...

issue with payments
Hi i am having an issue with trying to buy boosters since this morning. I have tried to buy hard level offer, extra gold bars and it takes all my card details and then says you are having issues and no payment was taken.
