Hi, I am currently on level 1203 of candy crush saga and when I opened it today I saw all my inventory, my boosters and stuff were all gone. They were there earlier today and I don’t know what may have caused the situation since I didn’t reinstall the app or anything. This happened to me before when I had tones of boosters so now it’s happened again and I am about to lose my mind, please help.

Hello, I've made some purchases. But ive only bought the ones at 3.99, and 1.99. Ive recently checked my bank account, and I have some charges for the 8.99 and 6.99!! I have never made these purchases! Also, the most recent one i tried buying today did charge me, but my upgrades never showed up! It keeps saying "you already own this item". Can both of these issues be fixed??? Thank you.
