Why isn't my progress syncing?

Hi, once again my game wasn't showing the new Wednesday levels. The last time this happened, I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall the game, which lost all my boosters, but my progress was still saved. This time NOTHING of my progress was saved and I'm back at level 1 after being on whatever the last level was a couple of days ago. And yes, I was synced to Facebook before I removed the game to reinstall, and I synced it back to Facebook. Can this be fixed? Because if all my progress is permanently lost I'm giving up on the game.

You need to make sure your game is fully connected with Facebook.
See if your game is connected to another Facebook?
What device you using for this game ?
Show me current game map screenshot.
Depending on your answers, whether you will get back to the game at the last level.

My game use to save progress now its not its been days i login but it just wont it says connection error when theres wifi 

Help lol i dont know what happened as it use to save now it dont.
