Why my Id is duplicated in the dashboards CURRENT LEVEL and in the RANKING?

We're sorry for your problem. In some cases we received reports of such problems but within 72 hours the problem was auto- resolved. Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
Please let me know if you have the same problem after 72 hours.

Thank you for your response, but I have had this problem for a few months now, I am also playing on my personal PC directly in Facebook.

Another problem I have is that my friends cannot visualize me on their position board.

I have also had this problem for a few months. None of my Facebook friends really play anymore so this has not effected me. I also get double treat calendars on my mobile. Too bad that they are the timed boosters. Most problems of this nature seem to get worked out but these have been going on for a while.

@mcarapesSome of your friends from Leaderboard are real friends of my facebook, but their pictures here are not accurate.Hopefully your problem will be automatically resolved but you should check the browser update, Clear Cache data & Delete search history.

I already did everything indicated the problem persists
