Space Dash is not active for any level.Why?

Sorry it seems that your game does not have Space Dash anymore

Space Dash among other extra challenges are not available for 100% of the players so it is possible that your friend has a challenge that you don't, and vice versa.

Also the group that has the challenge one time is occasionally readjusted, which means you one time can have the challenge and one time not.

I have removed your email and password from your reply as you should keep those out of the public. It's good idea to never give out your password. I advice you to reset the password now to err on the side in caution.

@rk31rk50 - I see that the trophy icon did show up for the Space Race but there is no space dash or Rami/Didi. I am tagging the Community Moderator @Jelly Jenny to see if she can help you. However I just found out there is a small test group that doesn't have access to either the build a bot or space dash. You may be in that group of people.

@rk31rk50 actually you are missing the Fun events which is the trophy icon that should be right underneath your spinning wheel on the right hand side. I want you to try a few things. First make sure you have the latest version of the app, then clear your cache and then turn off the device (mobile or PC) you are playing on for at least 10 seconds. Then open the game back up and see if you have the trophy icon.

If you still don’t have it, please tag me and let me know and include your game ID and we’ll see if someone at the studio can investigate further.

Hello @rk31rk50 and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem. When did you notice the problem? Did you have Space Dash and it was working but now the space ships are greyed out? Can you take a screen shot of your space dash (if it is showing up under your trophy Icon/Fun Events? I have included a screen shot of my Space Dash where it shows it is fully activated.

@Jelly_Jenny Hi! I have the same problem!!! Since I updated the app and logging in again with my account my fun events icon disappeared and even though that I play and pass levels I cannot recover it. I already logged out, I turned off the iPhone, and turned on again and nothing changes, I don't want to delete cache because I don't want to lose the boosters that I've won playing for years.

PLEASE HELP MEEE!!! Candy crush is funnier because of its missions, built a robot or space dash, the games in which the one who collect the mayor bombs or color candies wins, when Rami appears, or the fantastic 5 contest.
