I am having trouble with Candy Crush, Candy Crush Soda, and Candy Crush jelly running extremely slow. It is only the games. I did all the updates that were recommended. Believe it or not they are slower than before. I cannot enjoy playing these games on my laptop. I have Windows 7 64 bit and Chrome as my browser. My memory is fine and so is my internet. Can you please fix this issue?

I'm asking you to check out some troubleshooting. Check them step by step and let me know.👇

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More .
3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.

Update Google Chrome:

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More .
3. Click Update Google Chrome. Important: If you don't see this button, you're on the latest version.
4. Click Relaunch.

If you're still not done, follow the step below..

Reset the Google Chrome Web Browser to Default Settings

1. Click the menu icon next to the address bar.
2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click the Advanced link.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the expanded page and click the Reset button.
5. Click the Reset button in the pop-up window.
