Booster wheel malfunction

Booster wheel just keeps "loading". No stop button. Hasn't been functional for weeks. Please fix!

This may be an issue if your game is not connected to a server, or slow internet.
Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

 I cannot figure out how to sign out of android.  I press "settings" nothing but a green settings button.  won't get to sign out button.
