Gold Bars taken.

I was climbing the beanstalk, and elected to continue climbing for 6 gold bars. At that point the screen must have froze. I didn’t realize it so I clicked continue playing a few times , and it continued to take gold bars from me ever though I only continued playing once. 

How do I get all those missing gold bars back ? 20+ were taken from me !
I’ve reached out to support a few times and no one has been able to help.

thank you for your reply, however, it doesn’t make sense. I did not use them. 

I was playing the game. It asked if I would mike to continue , at a cost of 6 gold bars. I clicked yes, continue. It then to 24 gold bars out of my account. Why were the extra gold bars removed ?
