Always on Day 1

I would like to know why on facebook playing Candy Crush I need to leave the page open. Otherwise, every time I want to play it it will start as a day one. I will not receive lives that my friend would send me, I would not be able to respond to their request, I would receive day 1 prize every time I log in as many times a day and next day and next day. Taking part in different side games (collecting green candies, cookies, etc.) will never finish, just all over sudden disappear even though I would be on the prise list. One thing if I close it but the other thing is if the game would freeze and I need to restart the page, it takes me back to Day 1. 

Really annoying. Anything I am doing wrong or that's just an error from your side?

Same as above the game starts at day one all the time and I do not receive lives that my friends send also log on numerous times in a day.

I have the same issue as above.  It thinks every day is day 1, and I play every day.
