Stuck at roadblocks!

The timer keeps going up instead of down. 
I've reached the roadblocks at least 4 days ago. It was first stuck telling me they'll open in 3 days 9 hours, but now it says 3 days 23 hours.

As far as I'm aware there isn't roadblocks in the game.
