level is going down

my candy crush level its about 5000 before but a few days ago when i open the candy crush my level its only about 900
please help me for this

When i logged in it still get me to level 96 and i can play directly to lvl 951 but my last level is 5350. Can you help me recover my level?

Once again please help me recover my account because i really enjoy playing this game and i don't want this problem make me stop playing it.

Hi @kexxx

Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In. If you still see the same problem after doing this, the game will be solved through Reinstall game app.
You will lose all the stored boosters to do this, but will regain your gold bars and game progress.
