Unintentionally uninstalled the candy crush saga app while doing some cleaning. I have reached more than 3,000 level and was a little panic. I installed the game again in google play store and when syn to facebook, it back to level one. Please help.

I have playing Candy Crush Saga for a long time now - I was on around level 2000 and for some reason he's lost all the progress up until now. I logged into Facebook so the progress saved there. I tried recovering it but didn't work. Any way we can still get the progress back on this app??

If for any reason you're here because you can't recover your progress as you didn't already create a profile, don't worry about that either. Just go ahead now and create a King profile or link to a Facebook profile and get in touch by hitting the back button on this menu and in the 'My Game Progress' subject just choose the 'I have lost my progress' sub-topic in there.
We'll only need to know the level number you reached and provided we can find you using your newly saved profile details, we can restore your progress pronto!
