I do not have the color streak event available even a week after it came out. My level is 5671

    The Color Streak event is available to almost everyone. If the event is not present in your game, you should check for updates to the device and Game app. You didn't specify anything about your device so If the device is an Android then check your app version 1.164.0.3.
