Sugar Track and Jewelry Boxes

First, what is going on with the sugar track?  It doesn't work half of the time...it goes to the screen and "opens" the rewards and nothing...it freezes...sometimes not even showing the rewards...just a white glowing nothing..Secondly, why is it you have over 83 hours to get to a jewelry box and only 2 hours to find the key to actually get any rewards from it?  When we are at the levels over 5000 this is pretty much impossible to achieve.

Sugar Track will not work if the game is not fully connected to server or the Internet is weak. Second, if you change the device during the game, the problem you have described will be there.

 I will need some more information to answer you so please help me with the correct informations.

What device are you using for the game?
What your game version?
Let me know, I'll ask you to do some troubleshooting checks.
