Why aren't the daily calendar treats loading to my game since the color streak started?

Since the color streak started, the daily calendar treats are not loading to my game.

I'm using both a laptop and an Ipad; I assume I have the latest version????  I've cleared the cache on both; still having the same issues ~~not loading special treats/rewards when received.  I appreciate any help.

Your Avatar, Rank, Gold bars is right?
Your browser's latest version?
Did you check the game through another browser?
Please let me know.

The daily wheel doesn't work properly; I'm using Chrome as my browser and it is up to date,  My avatar,  gold bars and rank are all correct.  I will check my game using a different browser to see if that makes a difference.
