Am not receiving friends gifts of life

In Candy Crush, over the past two weeks, I have not been given credit for a gift of "life" after accepting the gift.........?

Are you aware that the Envelope Icon in the Game Map contains Messages of both Gifts of Life and Requests For Life from your Friends? If it is a Gift, it will say You Got A Gift! and the name of the friend who sent you the gift. If it is a Request For Life, it will say Help Your Friend! and right below it is the name of your friend who needs help. Before Accepting these, you'll have to check them so you know how many goes to your Heart  ❤️ Icon and how many are lives you give away to your friends. Below is the ScreenShot as an example.
