I have chosen Sound Off. But many of the ads still have Sound. This is VERY ANNOYING. Is this the advertisers issue or yours??

I also turned off the sound in the game.

Of course, the commercials are not directly related to the game, so the sound is normal here, as in all other areas of your device.

You can only click on the sound icon at the beginning of the commercial to mute the spot.

The Game sells advertising, The Game should honor the customer request for NO SOUNDS. Very disappointed that The Game is a Sell Out to advertisers.
