Not getting my lives even thou I have 60

When I select 4 or 5 lives to carry on playing I only receive 1 or none at all.  In the last 2 weeks have used about 30 lives and only actually received about 5 ?    Why

Hello @sophia05 and welcome to our friendly community.  When you choose to use lives are you down to zero lives?  Just like you can only send one life at a time to the same person, you cannot accept and use more than 5 lives at a time, and that is only if you have no lives left.  The game only recognizes a maximum of 5 lives and then it is full - so accepting any additional lives over five is a waste and you won't be able to use them.

Not true I’ve been playing this game from day one and have had up to 120 lives sent to me and only use 5 at a time, this has only just happened in the last month, so obviously there is a technical fault
