Lost my progress

I changed my cel. Phone but  all of my progress on Candy crush saga was loss 
My king account  is **EDIT: Personal Information** Level 1274

If you didn't save your progress via Facebook or a King account then you can't get it back.

Since you were playing the game in the Kingdom, you can play games on any device using same Kingdom ID. Your game progress will be synced to the new device but your stored boosters will not be able to sync to the new device.
