Why don’t I receive gold bars when I win Sugar Drops anymore?

Hello! I’ve noticed over the past few months that I no longer receive gold bars when I reach a certain amount of sugar drops on the app version of the game. Instead, I get timed boosters. Is this ever going to change back? Personally, I’d rather get gold bars then the timed boosters. Thanks!

Hello @mdknight30 and welcome t our wonderful community.  There are several different test groups out there who get different combinations of things when they collect sugar drops - including a recent version where the sugar track has you collect chests and you can decide when you open a chest and use the timed booster inside.  Because of these different versions - some people still get gold bars and others don't.    Usually the studio will run a test for a certain period of time, then select a different group of people so you may get the opportunity to collect gold bars again sometime in the future.
