Build a Bot reset

When you reach the
full complement of boosters in Build a Bot, you are gifted timed boosters that
lasts for 10 minutes, thereafter for every two levels completed. On reaching the last one (Swedish Fish in my case), every
timed booster thereafter is Swedish Fish, unless you let time run out, upon
which it starts with a Colour Bomb again.
Why can this not reset automatically to the first one, thus increasing the time for all boosters and not only Swedish Fish.
There are times that i have in access of one hour timed booster for Swedish Fish and time runs out, since this booster is not available on some levels.
