New levels are released every Wednesday. If you are not getting them make sure you have the newest version of the game on your phone. Update it but don't reinstall or you will lose all your boosters. If that doesn't work you can also try clearing the cache (but not data) in the application settings on your phone.
Also this is a forum for candy crush friends, not candy crush, so maybe a moderator can move this thread to the relevant section.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?
what happened to the music event? I completed my last but one tape and did not get it. I had only one more tape to go. This is very frustrating and might be my last time playing candy crush
why did the music event disappear to early? I only had 1 tape left to get the reward and you removed the event several hours too early than what the countdown had said previously! Sucks when I’ve spent so much time and boosters to complete it
