Shortcut/ profile pic missing/ friends not appearing in the game

An issue on Facebook is at the moment causing some problems for Candy Crush Saga and other games as well, not only King games.

The shortcut on some player's Facebook profile or settings has disappeared (the game button on your upper right corner on Facebook):

For some mobile players the avatar is no longer showing up or load properly and/ or many friends no longer appear in the game:

We are waiting to get this fixed as soon as possible, but at this moment we have no time frame for when all is back to normal.

Meanwhile:

On mobile you can continue playing as usual even though the avatar is not shown. The game is working correctly besides the missing avatar.

If you are playing on a Windows PC, you can also play via the Windows app instead of on Facebook. Download it from Microsoft Store HERE, when opening the game connect the game to Facebook to sync your levels and continue crushing where you left of.

Hi, my iPad candy crush level 6088 keeps avatar spinning, when I leave the game it sends me back to levels 108, I then have to scroll up and all the games are blank as if not played????? It takes a good few minutes to get there, and when I did eventually pass the level, it didn’t save, I’ve tried disconnecting deleting apps, Facebook and crush, deleting cache but nothing works, I’m stuck and can’t carry on, HELP.

@davey642011 not sure if it work for you but have seen posts where this happens and if you play level 108 again and complete the problem rectifies itself. May be worth a try

@Clairey Me too, mine been spinning for over a month, luckily it does not effect the game and is more a personal preference issue. Does not let me log out of the game also on facebook

My avatar id spinning, and I iften experience that I don't get my teams rewards even after I get to 7000 point. Some of my teammates also dissepear from time to time
