There's a general part called Community Hub where you can find the sections: "get started" "player's corner" "international corner" "general contests". There's also the "games" section because the community branches out into specialized communities about a King game in particular. These run their own discussions, ideas, contests pages and most importantly their own support page. For example this main thread is located in candy crush saga support page.

I'd suggest to visit the get started section here where you can find infos to help you orientate.

And if you lose track of your position you can use your profile as a reference point. When you open it you can find "Games" and "Community" at the left top of the page. These shortcuts lead to the pages described above. Games=specialized communities. Community=Community Hub
