Level 1597 move and icing buffs

I played this game a lot of times and got stuck. There were 2 layered icing that distracted me and also the icing on the top. It was hard that it takes hundreds of tries to complete. Also 30 moves is not enough. I guess 45 is enough.

I will contact Candy Crush level design for this. The bottom 2 layered icing and the top 2 layered icing Only the middle icing remain. Out of 8 1 and 2 layered icing, there were right now 8 1 layered icing and 4 2 layered icing. Is it a move buff? Once before everything was one layered icing instead of half of them 2 layered icing and the remaining 1 layered icing.
