If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer.
The Windows app at times works better than Facebook and you can sync your progress just by connecting the app to Facebook.

I switched to chrome think that helped alot thanks

playing on a new desktop computer, switched to chrome little better now but still some issues had to refresh many times

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
