Server not connecting

08/28/20

For the past week I have gotten the "server error". I am on Windows 10. Computer and WiFi working fine. I do not get my bonuses, cannot see the race, cannot see my profile pics.....and so on. How long will this continue?! CANNOT delete and reload because I will loose all progress. Have done that once, will not do it again.

Am I the only one with this problem??????????

If you signed your game with king account you should Not lose any gold bars and booster .

@JRML Hi and welcome, Windows 10 app should be totally synced with king servers , so you should not lose any level gold or boosters. Have you done this before on windows 10 app ? What is your game saved with king or facebook account ?

New gift card pop up is freezing and crushing multiple games
Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
I won the Pins event and got none of the prizes
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!

Linking my progress to King account
How do I know if my account is linked to King account? I started playing linking it to FB but I am having FB issues and they might close my account. Will I lose my progress thru FB? Is my progress being saved in my King account? How can I find out if it is?
11297 OOPS
On level 11297 I have gotten at least 10 in a row OOPS! then a message saying not enough order targets available. How can you play this level?
