Despite winning 27 more levels after, candy crush saga map has me remaining at level 7587 on the game map. I cant receive the gift bag of gold bars at the end of one episode due to this glitch that's keeping my character face from advancing after winning. I've sent two emails to King and received a form letter with advice to check youtube for how to beat a level when stuck, because I used the word stuck in my original email. My reply to explain the problem was not read either as I received the same advice. I have cleared the app cache and restarted my android tablet many times...does not fix the problem. Please help!
