Hi and welcome to the community.
You need to break the jellies and for it you could play more from where more candies are available to play. Or play from bottom to shuffle and move candies everywhere. That could help you to break candies automatically and will give chance to make special candy by mixing more same color candies. You could play with remaining jelly candy to break them instead of wasting moves or to ingredients to move them and take them out from the board. You could use more special candy to reach the 70000 score. You could get some more help or technique by playing walkthrough video that is below.

Hi dear
Collect the ingredients to complete level 3489 Candy Crush Saga.
The secret to this level are the fish from the fishing floats, if you can make combos to hit the floats you will get lots of fish which will clear the blockers and the cake bomb so that the ingredients can drop out of the exits.
Hitting the floats with single stripes or wraps will give you fish which will be useful, but there will never be enough to clear everything you need to clear, so you have to make combos.
Stripe/wrap combos are the best, hit as many floats as you can with a stripe/wrap combo and this will go a long way towards clearing the cake and some of the blockers.

Level 3489
For this level try to play from bottom part of the board and play near to grill. Make special candy and combine them with each other to move the ingredients and take them out from the board.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
