If that was what has been happening after you've cleared cache as mentioned by Mr Cichy, perhaps you may try not to clear cache for a day and log in the game as usual to see whether you are able to collect the reward for the following day.
Let us know if the above tip helps. If it doesn't, then I hope you can get some insights from the the message/thread posted by Crazy Cat Lad on "Daily Treat Calendar stuck at day 1" and shared by Mr Freddy and Mr Rajdeep above.

I already thought so, every time I start my CC cleaner or use the private mode in the browser, I start with day 1. The calendar is saved temporarily
Hi there, yes I regularly clear all my cache on my Mac and never been able to go past day 1. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Please Force stop the game and clean cache files of your device. If playing on browser so please clean history files also.
Reboot the device. Hope it will be fixed.
